first weigh-in ... a super-quick update

Would you believe I lost 3.6kg in my first week??!!

Of course, the first week is always the most dramatic ... but it's really motivated me to keep going!

On Thursday we're going to Robe for a few days - I. CAN'T. WAIT. !!!

(I'm allowing myself bacon with one of my breakfasts in Robe ... and maybe a big Mahalia coffee ;P)


  1. wow, CONGRATS! it's cool to have a motivation boost! but definitely do enjoy your getaway and if you plan on a little indulging, it's not going to disrupt your schedule too much and you can still enjoy it as much as possible. one tip a yoga teacher once told me is that if she eats something 'sinful', she feeds it to herself as if she was offering it to a goddess. i haven't really tried it yet but it seemed to work for her. :o)
