A quick weight loss check-in ... that's 2.6kg so far!! And feeling better already ;)

    1. Thanks Mary! I'm aiming at only 0.25 kg every week, some weeks I've lost more than others!
      I'm only 5'2" with a small frame, so 55kg is my ideal weight (right in the middle of my 'healthy weight range') - I haven't been there for quite a few years!!
