Well, I'm on holidays FINALLY!!  So today I've been stitching and watching old movies on YouTube!  Here's what I've been watching - enjoy!

  2. Not sure what I'm doing, accidentally logged into my boyfriend's google account. I haven't seen any of those but I do like old movies, I really like Catpeople.

    The tapestry is looking good!

    1. I never watch modern movies, only black & white movies - I'm just so excited that there are so many on YouTube! ;)

  3. I just noticed the big difference between woven and needlepoint tapestry - you can do various bits in needlepoint without having to work from the bottom up. I am currently working, in a very desultory way, on a woven tapestry and it is so frustrating not to be able to just work on one area but to have to do all the layers below first! I may have to try both types as you do. Looking interesting too.

    1. Oh yes, needlepoint is so different, that I wonder why it has ever been associated with the slang term 'tapestry'! Since I do both, I'm allowed to say that needlepoint is something that anyone can do, whereas tapestry takes years to master!
